Hungarian Grand Prix **SPOILERS**

The circus moves to the Hungaroring near Budapest, scene last year most memorably (I'm sure the JB fans still remember it) of Button's last (sorry, first ;)) victory.

The race is 70 laps, and the weather is forecast to be predominantly sunny over the weekend, with the wind picking up on Saturday for qualifying. Oh, and in case you missed it, 1996 F1 World Champion Damon Hill commentates in place of Martin Brundle.

Should be an interesting race IMO. I just wish somebody would deputise for James Allen once in a while! Murray Walker anybody?! :)

McLaren should do well round here, with a shorter wheelbase car you can really hurl it round the corners. BMW for the podium!

Everyone knows that million-to-one chances happen 9 times out of 10; indeed, it's a common requirement in fairy tales. If the human didn't have to overcome huge odds, what would be the point? Terry Pratchett - The Science Of Discworld

Isn't deputise when a a cop makes a citizen a temporary law enforcement officer or something like that?!

Not that I know of. Deputise is a synonym for substitute. I should ideally have put "replace indefinitely"! ;)

Hill is quite funny when he does this I remember him from f1 digital.

He says it as it is.

Ah, much like Hunt then! Should be an interesting comparison! :)

Seeing as James Hunt's name has been mentioned it is only right to mention a story of how he once fell asleep in an F1 car after parking it by the side of the track during testing. When he was woken up he said he was very tired after being heavily drunk he night before

I love how Brits are so up themselves they think everyone else is delivered the same commentary team. Do the Dutchies, Germans and Italians on the forum get the same feed?

I would rather have ITV than any other feed to be fair.

Martin Brundles grid walks are weekend highlights, and ITV do speak to a good few of the drivers.

Its worth going through the Lewis shite with Ryder and Allen.

Anyway, for this weekend I am thinking it will be an Alonso win, I hope so at least! But I am curious to see Renault and Honda, because imo those two teams looked to have made good progress from the last race, especially Honda.

I'm sorry but Martin Brundle's grid walks are shite these days, the best interview he got recently was with Bernie. The rest of the time it's fecking celebrities, Posh Beckham and Quentin Tarantino were quite frankly embarassing to listen to.

The nose is shorter, less protruding.

If you look closely you can see the prancing horse through the paint.
