Well that really narrows it down doesn't it!

Can't say I agree with you at all on the first two. Damon Hill was a good driver, and he wasn't over-rated, because nobody ever really rated him highly.

And Michael Schumacher... yes you will get laughed at by some people (including me), but others will tend to agree with you >

I don't think its easy to argue MS is anything but the best driver at the moment. Damon had a good car, but was WDC material. Ralf I'd agree with, I think JV should be where he is at Williams, but I'm biased.

yes i remember when jv first joined BAR and he was ofter mid grid and in spain 99 he was running third untill the third round of pit stops in a slow car. Compair him with his team mate that year and it speaks for its self.

hill was a good driver, he was always get caned by the fact people would say it was cause he was in a williams, and you could stick on monkey in it and it'd win.

well frentzen struggled in a williams that won the WDC that year

and hill almost won at hungary in 97 in a crap car

people also forget that hill help develope the willaims from 1990 to 92 that helped mansell to his world title

you are'nt a crap driver if you can do techical stuff like this

He was d in 92, won 9 RACES in one season (record, by the way) and went on to beCART champion. Overrated?! whatever.

Nigel Mansell was a bloody awesome driver, he was just a bit of a moaner, and exaggerated things ten-fold. On the onboard lap around Silverstone he states:

"...we're losing the picture here as we go around Becketts because of the lateral G-Forces - we're snapping 9G around here!"

Yeah right, Nige! You'd have to push hard to snap 9G in a fighter jet!
