Basically, Michael is faster, but Rubens is the one who has gone the right direction in terms of setup for the last two races. Michael has used that setup to go on and prove he is faster.

They were fighting in Australia, Malaysia, and Brazil. Michelin were nowhere in the past two races and Williams have suffered as a result. Hopefully in Austria Michelin will have their act together, as Williams have some new aero parts and some new engine bits. And just wait and see how fast the Williams cars will be up out of the corners!
