There will be no crap, Mosley has the bases covered 
There will just be a lot of groveling by the current manufacturers (as in team management) to make the budget reduction gradual
It is not very likely that any parent companies can accept the reasons for starting a new series, when the alternative means spending $59m* annually in a series already known to the viewer.
Especially now.
*Or at the very least trimming another 9 figure sum from the budget
