makes sense, honda hasnt confirmed him yet for 2009, and all that speculation that Helio is going to prison. Who knows. IMO rubens would do great job in indycars. And the series will gain in profile.

But who would fill his place at honda then? Cannot really think of any driver at the moment.

With Petrobras going to Honda, its likely that they will give Bruno Senna a seat. Petrobras is leaving Williams because they want to suppy for a team with a brazilian driver. Its all linked.

Depends on the oval and the rules. IRL chassis have too much downforce at the moment and most ovals are easy flat. That in itself doesn't make it easy, or boring (see Talladega and Daytona), but the cars stall when side by side, so the racing goes between epic and dull. When its dull, the good cars get stuck at the front and it gets boring.

Great move, but I too remember him saying his family wouldn't want him to go to IRL, too much risk and whatnot...

Let's see what happens, He'll probably be unemployed next year, which is a shame because of how great a driver he was (is).
