Nice line-up. Good to see Germany and Italy both lose a GP, one is enough. Also it's great Spa is back! :D

And I still want Japan at the end of the season ;)

remamber as well the japan gp will be at fuji :(.

The changes they were making at imola would have been good looks like that will just be a track left to rot now

As much as i love suzuka it will be good to visit a new track. If i had it my way there would be at least 5 new tracks a year ;)

nah, only Turkey has been any good. i've never liked Sepang, Bahrain is dull, and China is...dull.

good to see Imola go tbh, would prefer the italian gp at Monza.

I think that line up sux tbh, y 17 races only, the more the better, y drop 2 races for??? imola wud probably be gud in 2007 wif the alterations that will take place there. ok europe i didnt care much 4 but, y drop races. its stupid, everybody wants more races not less so y do they do @#$%& like this 4. right now imo the 2 shittest tracks that i see on that list are bahrain n china, 2 of the shittest tracks ever built. i dont see y they have to go to fuji, suzuka is a awesoem track. spa is great im glad thats bak, but i think this calendar is crap. instead of dropping races y dont they add some or atleast keep them. or is this just a provisional calendar n im getting carried away for nothing?????
whoeva made this line up shoot be shot. tell me i am wrong about wanting more races??? sure it will cost teams more money but who gives a @#$%&, get rid of testing then. there gonna saves heaps wen they go 2 single tyre manufacture anyway...

don't know what you mean by this. sure Imola will always ahve a place in history and our hearts for the sad events there, but in terms of quality racing, it hasn't been good there for many years.

think about the teams here, and imola is no loss in terms of spectacle, and i doubt the changes made will make much of a difference.

And europe has because of Hock, they effectivley had 2 gps in one country. which again is another reason Imola has gone.

Yes,however there are other many grand prix that are not good for the quality racing(Hungaroring for example)

Imola is not as historic a circuit as others, Monza has far more history and classic races over many decades. F1 had its first race at Imola in 1979 a non championship race but before '94 there were many great races there 1982 being my favourite, since then only the last two races at Imola have been interesting.

I think they should of kept the "European" Grand Prix but just used a different track every year. One year Nurburgring, next Jerez etc.

What's up with the 4 week break between Bahrain and Spain?

Slightly off topic. Whatever happened to Estoril?

If there are so much examples, you can give some more I think. The only one I can think of are Imola and Hungary.

imola has history for 2 reasons.

The battle with the ferraris and then the 2 deaths.

I for one dont mind not going back there even though the changes do look good
