If supposed that fernando alonso won the driver's title but Mclaren won the constructors title, so who will be given number 1 on their car?????

The chamoionship winner guy gets the 1st number.
His teammate gets the 2nd.
The other teams get their numbers by their place in CONSTRUCTOR's champioship.

just like in 1999. Mika won the drivers title, but Ferrari won the constructors, so Mika got 1 for 2000 (his teammate DC got 2), while Ferrari got 3 and 4, then the rest in constructors order, like Panky said.
