If I´m not wrong it was a tecnical problem in Nigel´s Williams in Montreal 1991 wasn´t?? run out of fuel....?
The only mistake that he really made was to start to celebrate to early on the last lap....wich, let´s agree...was pretty stupid...to end like that.

As i said in another thread, maybe istanbul, but you can't blame Montoya for that mistake in Spa, at the end the one who got the penalty was Pizzonia

dunno about the coulthard incident at adelaide either. i think someone had left some oil there because a forti went off as well and even herbert skidded straight past the entrance i think. still, it did look pretty dumb on camera...

nick heidfeld driving into the medical car was kinda stupid as well...doesnt top that video i saw once of taki inoue getting run over by the medical car...classic!

I think taki inoue whole time in F1 was a mistake

Nigel was wavingto the crowd on the last lap, and the revs dropped too low, so he stalled his engine

I think Coulthard spun twice on the parade lap, at the Nurburgring and at Monza?

anything Ricardo Rossi did...like reversing into a wall at Monaco

albert ascari was second at monaco (to moss?) when the crowd tried to tell him moss had retired. ascari got distracted and ended up in the harbour :p

Michael Schumacher Jerez 97, IMHO that was not a mistake ... bad judgement, lack of character perhaps, but not a mistake, even the FIA agrees to that.
