(For UK Viewers, mainly)

Does anyone know why Jim Rosenthal wasn't fronting ITV's coverage of Spa? I have no idea who Angus Scott is, but I think I prefer him to "Dim Jim", who doesn't really know much about the sport (after so long doing it), and always has to rely on Tony Jardine and Mark Blundell.

Angus Scott presents WRC. I thought he did a much better job too, I hope it leads to a more permenant job next year!

You know ITV, they never replace anyone just because they did a better job! Look at James Allen! No; Jim Rosenthal will be back with us until he retires aged 70, most probably. I preferred Angus too, he seemed far more in touch with what was REALLY going on, not just what he'd read in the papers.

in the official GP thread I said:

"and Angus Scott seemed more natural in front of the camera than Jim Rosenthal all weekend. you can see Jim trying to listen to what the director is saying in his earpiece, while also trying to listen to who he is talking to on-screen, and bumbling his way through it."

yeah, Go Amir, fighting opponents who seem like they've never been in a boxing match before!!

well done all the same, but he'll be fighting a few more nobodies to build his stats and make his name and get confidence, before taking on worthy opponents.
