BAR F1 Land Speed Record

BAR have had the brilliant idea of taking an F1 car to the salt flats of Utah to try and get it to at least 245mph!

I love it when they try new stuff in an F1 car to show how awesome they are. I think they should redo the Schumacher versus a fighter jet since the track was wet last time.

Incidently, does anyone know any accurate specs of an F1 car? The highest speed I've seen is 233mph at Monza and a 0-100-0 time of around 7 seconds. What's the 0-60 time of an F1 car? I've seen figures between 2 and 2.9 seconds.

yea my brother told me that earlier. i thought it was ironic for n00bs that they are trying to brake a speed record there but next to it on the site, button is struggling with lack of speed
