Hi guys did you see what Dolphins LB Channing Crowder had to say about that game in London?
Here's what he said when being asked about it...really worth a read ;)

---
For starter, Crowder said on Wednesday that he didn't realize that people in London, England speak English.

And that was just the opening act. Here's some of the rest of it.

"I couldn't find London on a map if they didn't have the names of the countries," Crowder said. "I swear to God. I don't know what nothing is. I know Italy looks like a boot. I learned that.

"I know London Fletcher. We did a football camp together. So I know him. That's the closest thing I know to London. He's black, so I'm sure he’s not from London. I'm sure that’s a coincidental name." ---

all you guys who go to that game have to do a nice writing on a poster for that dumba** !
looking forward to seeing that one on TV ;)

just found that pic on profootballtalk ;)

"Big Ben? We play the Giants not the Steelers."

had a good time to, met lots of friendly Americans, didnt know the existed lol, some cool giants fans and some guys from miami. had good seats and was in corner eli ran to for the td and also where the dolphins got their td :)

shame about the pitch ripping up, meant the teams had to run the ball most of the time

was a great atmosphere tho :) roll on the next game :)

Gui, if you're gonna turn this into a 'who has the most famous people at their university' competition then I'm just gonna have to post this link:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Durham_University_people
I won't do that because that's basically it for my uni :p. There might be another good player around but everyone (here) knows the big colleges, and my isn't one of them ;)

So, Brett Favre actually going to retire :-o

[sports.espn.go.com]

I guess Green Bay not signing Randy Moss influenced his decision a lot, but he at least goes away after a very nice season but unfortunately his last play was an interception.

On unrelated news, Michael Turner, alumni from Northern Illinois (like me :D), was signed to a nice deal with the Falcons!
