They made several mistakes with this years event

It's being hosted in a country with no motorsport influence. It's being held over 2 days. It's being held too early, so American drivers can't compete - so we didn't get to see a NASCAR driver spanking Schumachers ass again.

yep - it had a big impact, didn't it.

As Dave said, this year's event was quite poorly thought out - and the fact that Toyota pulled out of F1 on the same day also didn't help
