Yeah, Pantano should do the job better than Liuzzi, Speed, Albers and Sutil, I guess.

I really dont see why GP2 cars need the wing by the air box and the flip ups. The cars looked great and te racing was perfect as it was.

Regarding Pantano. He did a couple of tests for Williams alongside Liuzzi in 2002 or 2003. And impressed them more. he was offered the role as a permanent test driver but snubbed it to go and drive champcars. howevr that didnt work out and his career hasnt really recovered since.

Im impressed that GP2 is offering year on year upgrades to the, something that F3000 didnt and suffered as a result....

But it does look like all the x-wings and flip-ups have just been bodged on for show because the bigger boys in f1 do it....

Nice liveries also:

this one looks fantastic, and very much like the 90's ferrari:

And this looks like a former mclaren skin, only blue replacing red:

Agreed, although we haven't seen Sutil yet - Timo Glock is another who performed well in F1 but hasn't got the right breaks yet.

He was in champ car wasnt he ??

Luizzi could have been great. He was hyped up big time! And he was good, but he seems to have dropped the ball since being arace driver.

GLock was in ChampCar, and did very well - was Rookie of the Year, but turned it down to come back to GP2 and try to get to F1 again.

I have been quite impressed with Kazuki Nakajima (williams tester) although he seems a little rough around the edges, he has shown a lot of speed
