The Alex Yoong Thread

looks like no one noticed that he won back to back races in A1GP.

turns out he's quite a good driver, he did well in champcar too, also when he was in F1, when the team sidelined him for davidson so he could do some testing, he came back quite competitive, was alot closer to Webber.

Doubt we'll see him in F1, but good that he's still racing and having a bit of success!

i didnt realise mika salo also had a spell in the us!

seems lots of ex-f1 drivers have too!

Don't be fooled by his result in A1 at all, Alex is at best a supremely average driver :p

a1gp doesnt have any drivers that could be top 10 if they raced in f1. just a bunch of has beens like verstappen and yoong. but the young french guys and piquet impressed last year, they might do ok in f1.

and now the same french guy is no where, please get your facts good on a row.

Darren Manning always used to look decent when testing at BAR, he might have made it in F1

There are just three has beens there. You have clearly never watched a race.
