im going on the friday as hopefully it wont be so busy. been the last 5 years running and it gets better every year - looking forward to seeing what the main display outside the house is this year

Good to hear. Are you going to be wondering around the paddocks (as I do all day) or sitting in the grandstands watching?

Bugatti EB-110

i always like looking at the cars on the lawn of the house at Goodwood in the Cartier Style et Luxe - such beautiful machines every year - especially with this year celebrating all things italian, some real beauties! thought the bugatti looked odd, but in a nice way

It's fine to call it odd, looking at it I really struggle coming up with reasons why I loved it :P. Maybe the spoilers that come up at speed, haha. I had 2 1:18 models, a silver one (proper) by a diecast company Burago or something, one red by Maisto.

I also loved a blue Monte Carlo that supposedly reached 220 Mph.

well, i would have been 3 years old when it was released, which is probably why i dont get it

even so, i prefer real oldies, late 70's backwards - this classic alfa was gorgeous, even though it was a prototype only. My absolute fav car is a 512bbi

The Le Mans car the Ferrari 330 P4 from the 60's is probably one of my favourite cars

i think i managed to get a pic of that ferrari from the 2007 festival - definately a thing of beauty!
