Indeed there is!
First you need to go here [www.gamecopyworld.com] . Enter one of the servers and click Game index at the main screen. Select Grand Prix 3 from the list that appears, and download the file named GP3: Season 2000 Expansion v1.0 [ALL] Install Fix .
You will find the instructions on how to use file here:
