F1 2001 Question!

Does F1 2001 have full rules?

I read in Vaders post about f1 2001 that he got a penalty for speeding the pits. Is there stop/go penaltys and full flags in it?

Someone please help, i might get it tomorrow but i need more info before i spend my hard earned cash.

I think there is, I havent really tried racing much. But I have had a Stop/Go, and you can get flag rules.

But the development patch is a MUST, because it fixes annoying bugs.

what system have you got chris..... trust me its not worth buying unless you can run it with the best graphics. the graphics is in my oppinion are what makes it better than gp3, if you cant get the best graphics then its not worth getting.
