NEW.exe?!?!

Hey guys I downloaded the 2002 helmets ages ago but deleted it all when it all went messed up. I downloaded them again yesterday but when I try to poen the files it says 'the file NEW.exe is needed to open files of 'JamTool''.
This didn't happen before, and a search for this executable bought no results?
Whats going on?!?
