Gp3 cameras

Hi,I´d like to know if there´s any way to get fixed cameras in GP3.I mean for example,a camera in the start/finish line from which I could see the race as I was in a grandstand ,viewing the cars passing every lap.
I know that it´s not a important option,but i think it will gets a better atmosphere of a real GP.
Perhaps with track editor is it possible?,,I´ve tried to do it,but the result is not good,because the camera always follows a concrete car,but I don´t dominate the program,so if anyone knows how to do it,,please explain me the way. Thanks a lot.
