How to insert new tracks and background images?

Hi guys! Can someone please tell me how to insert new tracks in GP3 (the normal one, not 2000) starting from the original files?

And also, how to change menu backgrounds images?

use gpxpatch (gpxtrack-tab) to load ".dat"-files (trackfiles)
&
copy jams-dir to gp3jamsH-dir

2.
use "gp3master" to edit bg-images

I still can't understand how to insert tracks. Additionally, I can't find GP3 Master, even from the download section, can anyone give me the download link please?

how to insert track:
-you always need the .dat-file (it keeps the trackdata), best would be to copy it to the games circuit-folder
-most of the tracks also need .jam-files that have to be inside a specificly named folder (search for "Gp3form.txt and read it if you cannot find this folder already inside your download)
-if you install a HW-track (almost all are of this kind, others are specified as SW-tracks) put the jam-folder inside /gamedir/Gp3jamsH/.. otherwise you´ll see many single-colored areas when driving
-if you install a SW-track the jam-folder goes to /gamedir/Gp3jams/.. (check out the difference between the SW- and HW-dir!)
-install GpxPatch 4.24a
-start it & goto GpxTrack-Tab
-load track-.dat in slot you like
