Preciso de um site para baixar as pistas atuais para GP3 e um tutorial para utiliza-las. Agradeço a quem puder me ajudar. O jogo já está todo instalado. Consegui um pacote de pistas atuais mas elas não têm nenhum detalhe.

as far as I understand you are looking for tracks and how to use (install) them:

links:
->tracks 1
->tracks 2
->tracks 3
->tracks 4

installation: read "txt"-files that come with downloads
