Animations in GP3 & 2k

We can all see the helmet animation in Belini helmets when entering and exiting the pits... A fine little feature

I was thinking if it could be possible to use that little animation (the commands) to create other animations like: flags in the wind, pit lights turning red to green/or flashing blue and perhaps other simple animations ??

Yeah, i have been thinking the same about green,yellow,blue lights instead of the flagmen, but don't know how it could be done.
