The FPS at Grand Prix 3 has decreased to around 18 FPS with halting each second for a tiny moment. This screws up the fun of driving!.
Extra info: the test and recalibration in the Options > Graphics > Advanced does not work anymore: the files are probably corrupted and do not work. Maybe asking for a new, clean, working file would work fixing it. That's would be a step.
What could be done to stop these interruptive halts?
Also, I always run the game in a low resolution for the perfect number of FPS.
I tried everything to put it back to normal but nothing helps.
I even tried using the Quality/Smoothness bar and putting into max. smoothness in the Graphics section.

This is mighty strange...
I deleted a program (no necessary describing), but thanks to that PC works perfectly smooth again... I can't explain how, but it seems to be fact. Let's just call the problem "solved" for now and if something happens again I let you know
