GPxPatch debug mode problem

Playing GP3 (2000) since so many years, but still there are things I don´t understand. I am running GP3 and 2k in other installations without problems under XP and Win 7.
For 11marco´s great stuff I made a new installation with 1.13 patch, decrypted exe and GPxPatch 1.13, installed all 11marco great stuff.
The game runs fine in "normal" mod, but crashes in debug mod, tried some variations with CPU and verbosity under XP and Win 7, GPxPatch will not start. Here is the log file
Starting log

could be a problem with you different windows installations, because of the time error in this lines

Hi, that´s really strange..but I have same problem. I am sure that problem is not in my stuff because I can play in debug mode. But this problem is here for many years and I didn´t find logical reason why. Some game instalations don´t work in debug mode and others ( almost the same ) run fine. I don´t understand that...only solution which I find is copy GP3.exe from working installation and replace the weird-non-working exe file. Little bit "violent" solution but it works...

Off topic: Drafi do you have all Mr. Belini 2009 tracks??? You was asking for trackpack for 2010 season...I think it is possible to create one, we have almost all tracks from last seasons. I am not good in track stuff but I think it is not problem make graphical update for Belini´s 2009 tracks...first step is create 2010 garages and pit walls..then change sponsors on billboards....but for me is not very important to have all sponsors and logos updates for every track...vodafone or ING...I don´t care.
But I will need help with magic datas...Belini´s tracks are fantastic and with gp3 2000 are working brilliant...but make them working fine for GP3 1.13 is for me sometimes big problem ( I don´t think reducing). I hope that somebody can teach me how create for reduced belini tracks magic datas...setups, fuel consumptions...

thanks and bye.

I tried the solution with the gp3.exe but no success, I will make a new installation under XP.
I have the reduced belini 2009 tracks by Nathan and from Roberto Silverstone 10 and Yas 09,
let me know if you want to have it. I would convert the magic data from 2k with Roberto´s converter.
