gp3 2000 PO problem

Hi!
I have a problem with game gp3 seson 2000. my computer config is: quad core 2,4 ghz, nvdida 98000gt, 4 giga ram ddr2, 500gb hdd, winxp sp3. I install gp3 season 2000 and it works fine, but in the game i have very high PO about 120-170%.
Why, i have storng machine, what's the problem

Attention this is a problem for 64 bit O.S.

graphics card is NVIdia, which is the problem. see thread titled 'please help' which is on the front page, because it's just been bumped up for some reason
