No refueling...is possible in GP3?

According of the new rules of Formula 1, 2010 season no more has refueling.

Is possible to do this and change tyres too?

I don't think so... It's possible for YOU... Just set your car for no stops, you will get fuel for entire race... Then, stop as you planned...

Actually, to make possible a car to go an entire race without refuelling, it would be needed to decrease the fuel consumption... BUT!! With cars not refuelling, they wouldn't go to pits anymore...

so you cant set fuel consumption to zero and still have stops for tyres?

At the moment, when you have a pitstop the game change the tyres and refuel anyway, even if you did it the lap before. So i think it is not possible to have a pitstop without one of these 2 issues.
