HHW2009 carset and artwork for 2k uploaded

HHW2009 carset and artwork for 2k.
cars and cockpits by Stefaan Seys including all actual cars and helmets,
artwork with Brawn Racing and Super Aguri (11th team).
Credits to all original authors.
Hope you like it, feel free to make changes for your personal use only.

great Helmut, like all of your carsets!
i have one only problem i never get the tyres atualization,
my textures tyres not appears, like in the pic.

To appear texture i need to use the Carset_Creator_2000(import of 1.13, export to 2K)ever, why this hapens?
