Watkins Glen v_1.0

Hi people. I uploaded an updated version of Marcos Gaugin's Watkins Glen.
What's new: fixed a few flashing texture (fence and fence extension); new pitlane: removed the pitbuilding and inserted 2 stands; new modern ads.
ThEetrack itself is not changed from 80s, even the kerbs are the same: so a part from the pitlane, it is just a graphic update.
Full credits to Marcos, of course, and thanks to him for creating the original track.
As always, if someone don't agree, let me know.
