Practice And Qualifying errors

Hi, I am a frequent user of these boards. Ive just finished doin the 2008 stats for the next season and will add them in due cource.
But i need help. I know a reinstall is viable but i do not have my CD anymore and could do with the files required to run practice sessions and qualifying sessions. When I click on them and get to the weather screen, OK and cancel are not avaliable to click.
Help Appriciated. Maybe if someone can allow me to download the file to require this to work would be helpful.
