Help Installing GP3

I just bought a new pc: intel dual core, 1 ghz of ram...I'm trying to install the game again, but right after I click on intall, this message pops up:

Error extracting support files:

Unregistered class

I've tried with another cd, but the same appears. What should I do?

it has winzip, winrar...mmm, what else...NOD32, Nero 7 Ultra edition...I guess that's it, apart from other junk.

I googled the message, and they say i had to delete an InstallShield folder and reboot, but it didnt work

Please, any help on this, no?

Don't know if this helps, but on my winxp system as soon as I installed IE7 I couldn't get GP3 to load, went back to IE5 and all was good. Don't know if that would work with Vista, but worth a try.

before i got this pc i had IE7 too, and gp3 ran perfectly...now i have it too, but this time it doesnt even install...But i guess i'll have to try that too. Tnxs!
