GP3 Edit Problem?

Game now works fine under XP SP2,(Updated the motherboard Bios).
Downloaded Faster`s 1987 set (Very Good).
Now when I try to use GP3 Edit ,I get "Insurfficent Memory"
I sure I read about this Problem before on these boards.
Any Idea`s.
