RULES

HOW TO JOIN

People can join on championship with a team or only as a driver. For people who send a team, the layout don't need to be exactly the same for both cars, but needs to have driver name on car - and sponsors needs to be the same in both cars if layouts be different.

All of them need to send all pictures necessary: cars, cockpits helmets, team logo, team wall, pitcrews, jucksman and informations about team and drivers. The only requirement is about tobacco sponsors. GPGSL-3™ doesn't permite them.

All cars will be driven by computer. People who create a team can't run to another team. Team owners can send, before start of season, different car layouts to use in a specific race. BEFORE START OF SEASON!!

RACES

There are 17 races with two races in each track. Different from past seasons, both races are the same duration.

DRIVERS PERFORMANCE

All GPGSL-3 champions start with 17000 BHP and 10 points of ability range. Other drivers based on last year final standings. The driver best-placed in Season 10 standings will have 16997 BHP and 15 points of ability range. The second will have will have 3 performance points lower, but a range of 5 more than the best driver. The next one got 6 performance points lower, but a range of 10 more than the best one. And so on and on.

If season has two or more beginners, all of them receives same BHP and same ability range.

TEAMS PERFORMANCE

Same as drivers performances. The four teams on 2015 final standings will have 820 bhp and failure value of 3500; fifth to eighty, 818 bhp and failure value of 3200, and nineth to last, 816 bhp and failure value of 3000. Constructor who have actual driver champion receives necessarily the biggest BHP, independent of constructors standings on last season.

QUALIFYINGS

During 45-minutes and 12 laps for each driver. One qualifying for each race.

RACES DURATION

Both races has approximately lenght between 45 and 50 minutes, with 1 pit-stop each race (between lap 10 and 10 laps until end).

POINTS

Pointed the first 15 drivers: 25, 20, 16, 14, 12, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. More two points on pole and one point to the fastest lap.

On Drivers Standings, if two or more drivers are tied on points, the tie will be done in the following order:

1 - most wins;
2 - highest number of pole-positions;
3 - highest number of fastest laps;
4 - more podiums;
5 - more second places (and, subsequently, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh...);
6 - fewer failures at Full Race;
7 - fewer finished races outside of the points at Full Race;
8 - classification on last race.

All tracks will be tested in game and needs to run without bugs to be approved!!!

Australia: Melbourne (I mean, come on! Who doesn't like Melbourne?! *Then he realizes he's in a forum with many people who are used to Adelaide*)

Germany: Hockenheim (I think there's a GP2 version of the Road Course of Lausitz, but have to check)

Russia: Moscow (Is that Espoo Raceway or something else?)

Great Britain: Silverstone (Donington is fun, but we all need some variety, right?)

Saudi Arabia: Riyhad (That circuit was a LOT of fun!)

United States: Portland (May want to give good ol' PIR a chance)

Kazakhstan: Kyzyl Kum (I want to know how it is!)

Singapore: Marina Bay (YES SIR! I hate street tracks, especially Monaco, but this one is an exception. Singapore is THAT good!)

If Rodrigo will run GPGSL-3 Season 11, then that is fine with me. I'll still do my best to get the issues fixed up on my end so that I'll be able to run it if needed.

As for track voting:

Australia - Adelaide (full version that F1 ran on over the shorter version used by Supercars)
Germany - Hockenheim
Great Britain - Silverstone (pre 2010 layout over the current layout)
USA - Long Beach (still feel the AI errors could be looked at or maybe a CC line fix to reduce the amount of incidents taking place)

-> There are TWO versions of Long Beach - the 1978 version is the one with the failure, the 1977 is FINE!!! Which version we are running??

Same problem with Elkhardt Lake -> there are also two versions, one with some problems (in the fast corner at the end) (, but i do not know, if Uwe fixed it already).
Altough a drove a great amount of seasons by myself, i just run Elkhart Lake once... and i did not work on the MD-file back then...
But Elkhart Lake is a really great track... (just realised, that i did not drive the track in my last 10 seasons - i was surprised)

But - i would go with Sebring in the USA!!

For Mexico...

There is a version of Mexico City with the Paraltada which works... (Uwe fixed it, i just had to adjust the fuel consumption)
And Acapulco is great too...

Great, guys. I'll count the votes when I arrive home. Some tips now:

@marcus: Corrected! =D
@mike: Nurburgring and Estoril doesn't exist in these versions. If all of us choose them, layouts will be actual! =)
@alessandro: I use "Albert Park" because in Melbourne has two tracks (don't forget "Phillip Island".
@greg: Long Beach to use is actual IndyCar version!! Adelaide, of course, F1 version. And Silverstone, I'll use 2015 version UNTIL someone put all 2015 objects in Belini 2009 version!!!

About tracks, I tested lots of tracks:

*Lausitz: don't have any GP3 decent version;
*Magny-Cours: zzzzzzzzzzzz...
*Portimao, Austin, Bathurst and Sochi: so good, works normally and with overtakes!
*Elkhart Lake: needs lots of update in graphics, but track works normally!!
*Portland: lots of bugs. Terrible!!
*Le Mans: I'm trying to resolve two bugs on track. Works perfectly!

About Donington: I'll use original track. I used, during 4 seasons, 2010 planned layout (before they gave up), but no way to return.

So, I'll wait all drivers and team managers vote, too.

NEXT STEP: ENTRY LIST!! IF SOMEONE WANTS TO CHANGE DRIVER, TIME IS NOW!!

Guys, please, I put on post about track choosing: Real tracks that exists actually or fictional tracks.

So, I'll count Hockenheim, Silverstone and Estoril votes for actual track layouts. If someone wants to change, no problem!! Ah! Two other tracks to vote (tested and works perfectly): Austin (USA) and Sochi (RUS). if someone wants to change vootes and put these tracks, you can!

And if you want to choose another track that's not listed, you can!

I'm not nervous with nobody, only maintaining a thing that I make since Season . It's a reason that I never put, for example, Jacarepaguá on championship!!
