problem trying to install gp3 2000

Can someone please help me. I am trying to install gp3 2000 season add on and I receive a message asking to insert the original gp3 cdrom which I do only for the installation program to fail to notice that I have put it in the cdrom drive.

How do I overcome this problem?

Copy the files from your Gp3 2k CD to any folder on your HD. Copy the files from the Install Fix to the Grand Prix folder (overwriting the original files) and start the installation from that folder.
