Scandura - Race Manager

I have been trying to use the Race Manager program by Roberto Scandura, but when I use the 'Locate GPsaves button I get the error message " Runtime Error '76' " and the program closes down.

Also is the program for GP3 only?

And can it be used for all race types - Championsip, Non- Championship and Quick Race?

I like the idea of the program and would really like to get it working?

Maybe adding Browse features would be the go!!!!

It seems that there was an hidden bug. Although my tests it seems that the error comes if you have Gp3 placed in a different folder than
C:\program files\microprose\Grand prix 3

Try to open the files DATA\LINK.txt and LINK2.TXT and change the path to the Gpsaves folder. Now if you locate the folder it should work.

Anyway when I'll be back at home I'll try to fix it.

It should work with Championsip and Non-Championship races and maybe with quick races, because the printing method is the same but I don't know about Gp3 2000. Still trying.

The files import from GP32K fine, as long as the data addresses are changed to suit.

But my GP32K will only save RACE files to text; not Qualifying or Circuit records, so from GP32K the Q AND CIRC. RECORDS files have to filled manually.

All works fine for GP3.

Anyone experienced this before; is there something I am missing?
