How one edits tires for GP32k?

Sorry my poor english:> I need help to make sets of tires for GP32k. I tried to use the Jam Editor (and other similars) but reduces the size of the archive (65kb to 64,1kb) and the tires are with points colored in wet conditions. Some person can say to me which editor can I use? (for the archives jam and the archives tread*.bin). As well as the work made for The Smoking Pen for season CART2003 (that I already download). I would thank any help very, since I am making many carsets, and converting others of the versions for GP3Edit.
