It is not so easy and fast to do a track. I don't wannt to criticize: to ask is legitimate, and sometimes if is worth, but the best way to have a track, especially an obsolete track like the one pointed out by you (BTW where is it located, when was it used, and for wich event?), is to do it by yourself. :)

It's in Angola and was used between 1957 and 1965 for sportscar races.

Okay, Angola, Southwester Africa, Luanda or Nova Lisboa track. Now we have the map:

but track lenght, track pictures and other info's are still missing... this is the problem with older tracks.

BTW I like old tracks!

I only got a 22mb clip of the famous bridge collapse just before a sportscar race in 1972. But the camera qulaity wasn't too good.

I will ask permission from the person who capped it then I will show it to you.

I've done a little search on the net, looking for some other informations. These are the results:

a new map. The caption says:
A street circuit used for GT racing in the 1970s. The most memorable occurance is the collapse of the spectator bridge on the Start/Finish line during the 1972 event. The town was subsequentlt renamed Huambo.
I looked for Huambo and Luanda in my atlas and they are two different cities, Luanda being the capital city of Angola, located on the coast, whilst Huambo is located about in the center of the country. Nevertheless in the sites I visited both the tracks, Luanda and Huambo, are also named "Nova Lisboa", probably the name of the capital, dating to the colonial era. What I wander is: are Luanda and Huambo different names of the same circuit, different circuit in the same city, or different circuit in different cities? boh?

this is the official site of the Angolan Motor Racing Club:

there you can find some interesting images one of them reporting the "Luanda" name. Here's some of them:
