Frenchy setup question/request

can anybody send me a decent setup for Magny Cours ...
i'm stumped with this track. I seem to lose a lot of time at Estoril Bend with my setup (my speed is usually 10 mph slower). By sector 1 I'm usually 0.7-1.0 seconds behind.
