I need you help

I´ve been playing GP3 without problems for the last years, last week after I unistall a program (cd burning), my GP3 works very very slow, all the menus and other options run normaly, but when I get in the car and try to race, it´s very slow.

please can anybody tell me how can I fix this problem?
