MS Sidewinder for GP-3 2000

I know this has been asked before, including myself, but I just can't find the damn topic.

Have gone back to playing GP-3 2000 but can't remember how the settings for the MS Sidewinder Precision Racing Wheel (no FF) should look like to function properly in the game, i:e gear paddles working as gear paddles etc.

Can anyone help with what to choose in the control settings to make it work?

I have the same problems myself. Way down in the forum; "...I think that gp3 patch 1.13 will do the trick." you can read this.
BUT, when I'm searching for it, I don't find it, mainly because it's too old.

Is there anyone out there who can post it to us???
