GP3 Tweeker?

Hi. I've heard about GP4 Tweeker and how you can have a drive-thru penalty instead of a black flag, and was just wondering if there is a GP3 Tweeker that will do the same thing?

I have no plan to release GP3 Tweaker nor similar tool for GP4 predecessor. I hope anyone else has an idea to make such tool for GP3 or even GP2 and GP1. I'd love to give any assistances for developing such tool but don't ask about code patching 'cos I don't have a copy of GP3/GP2/GP1 game (and don't ask me to download or send me an exe 'cos it's illegal!)
