G'day all
Can someone please tell me why GP3 (and NFS4) keeps crashing to the desktop without any error message when I use my Logitech Racing Momo wheel.

I have tried re-loading the program, updating the drivers and nothing helps. Occasionally it works great, but then when I go to use it the day after, I get to turn 1, and it will dump me back to the desktop.

I'm running XP. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Instal the Service Pack1 for XP.

Maybe that helps...

Thanks for your reply - I'm already running the SP1.

I ran GP3 in GPxPatch's debug mode. The following error came up:

Exception code: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Process tried to write to virtual address 0x00000000

Does anyone understand what that means??

Its the same error I get when I minimise the GP3 window and try to go back to it.

You should better go to the SDI forum which is run by Rene 'SDI' Smit, the maker of GpxPatch.

First search if this topic has already been discussed and if there is a solution to your problem. If not, kindly ask for help and wait patiently for an answer.

If this fails - and reading that it is not only GP4, but also NFS4 - it might be a good idea to contact the Logitech customer's service. They are usually fast to respond and helpful, too.
