Problems with Hardware carsets updates

Hi I am having some problems with GP3 and updating the carsets and menu's. I can export the new sets no problem and the game runs fine but I am getting weird problems with the tyres seeming to be taking the textures from the car in front, thus making the game look silly, everything else works fine, and out car shots show the tyres as they should be, but once in the cockpit the problem keeps happening, it works fine in software mode just hardware thats the problem, anyone got any ideas?

I am running GP3 on a AMD 1.1 Radeon 7500 with 256mb ram WinXP 1024 resolution.

Might help:
Have you tried copying the original .jams back in and exporting without the
new tyres? Make any difference?
May also help:
Have you got something like GPVideo on Gp3. That needs updating each time you export new 3D shapes using caredit and any of the performance settings in Gp3Edit. To do that just run GpVideo.exe and a new GpV.exe will appear and just run that.
