hot lap viewing help please

My team member and i are having problems viewing our hotlaps.I run win98 he runs win2000.When i send him a hotlap and he trys to view it his pc crashes everytime.When he sends to me and i watch it all i get is after he does his lap and saves it the crash at the end off the start finish straight where he spins round etc.

Is there anything which can be done to stop this .Our files both can be viewed by the league boss but only mine plays properly.

Any help would be great,

hotlabs do only really work under Win98. This is a known issue and there is no remedy for it.
