does anyone know if you can have more than one brake light
if so is it possible to make the light stay on
& one other thing how do I make this, or where do I find the brake light?

Yes, you can get between 1 to 4 rear_light with GP4_tweaker. Look at the rearlight.ini file from your gp4tweak_data folder.
But I think it is not possible to make the ambient light permanent in game, as it depends of the weather conditions (from intermediate to stormy weather conditions).
What you can do only is to copy your rear_light on texture on the rear_light off texture. So, you will get a rear_light on texture in all conditions. But only the ambient position will work when it rains.

Into the rearlight.ini file, only the Rear Light #1 Ambient Position settings are available. So, you have to copy all these parameters and replace the line Rear Light #1 Ambient Position" by Rear Light #2 Ambient Position etc... and change your brake_light coordinates for each break light you want to see in game, until 4 . Have a look to the rearlight.ini file, you will better understand:

Brake light is related to the rear_light_on object of the car. On the F1, there is just 1 rear_light_on brake light. This object is positionned just behind the rear light off texture and it is mapped with the same texture than the rear light off texture but with a red glow texture in general (look at the F1 textures to understand). So, in game and into normal conditions (sunny), the rear_light_on object is disabled. When it rains, the rear_light_on object is enabled. This is how it works....

Here is an example:

The rear light_off texture is mapped on the main body of the shape

With this texture:

The rear light on texture is mapped on the rear_light-on object:

with this texture:

Here is my rear_light_on object:

So, to create the rear_light-on object, what I use to do is to select the faces of the rear_light off texture mapped on the main body. Then, I detach the faces from the main body (Create/Object/Detach in Faces mode) And I make a copy of this object and name it "rear_light_on"

Then, I move this new object a bit behind the main body until you don't see the rear_light off texture and I map this object on the rear_light_on texture

Finally, to set the ambient light texture correctly into the rearlight.ini, file, see, here:

So, this is for 1 brake light only but you can create until 4 break lights this way. Just be sure that all your break_ likgts are uniteselected in one object: Once all your break lights are created and mapped on the texture, select all your objects and go to Create/Objects/ Uniteselect and click left on one of your break light. The name of this object must be: rear_light_on
Then, note the x,y, z coordinates for each brak light and report them into your rearlight.ini file.

It is done ;-)
