Unfortunately he did not, but who can say they drove (got driven) a lap in a F1 car and spun with it?!

Hey guys,
Sorry I've been so quiet recently. I started a new job two months ago and am currently juggling three different clients so it's been seriously busy.
Im so out of the loop that I can't even remember if I've announced my line-up for next season yet
Chuffed with the win for Ed. A properly commanding drive from the GPGSL's very best! He's going to be missed next year.
We've got a fair few victories in the bag these says, but each one is special. With Shadow leaving at the end of the year my team becomes the only one left standing from Season 1.
Wow, it's quiet the honour. So, that means we get extra boost points now, right?
Rod, love the new look. @Eric, that Mistral is a beauty. @John, definitely mate.

Which is a fair point It would make sense to have a single group of 11 with just 11 rounds of fixtures (10 fixtures per team) followed by the current format.
An alternative would be to grant the top two a bye to the 'semi's' and follow with this:
Race 12: Super 10 QF
3 v 10
4 v 9
5 v 8
6 v 7
Race 13 & 14: Super 10 Semi
QF1 v QF4
QF2 v QF3
Race 15 & 16: GPGCL SEMI
1 v SF1
2 v SF2
Race 17: 3rd Place Playoff
Race 18: Final
This would keep as many teams in the cup as long as possible - happy to discuss

It would make sense to have a single group of 11 with just 11 rounds of fixtures (10 fixtures per team) followed by the current format.An alternative would be to grant the top two a bye to the 'semi's' and follow with this:
Race 12: Super 10 QF
3 v 10
4 v 9
5 v 8
6 v 7
Race 13 & 14: Super 10 Semi
QF1 v QF4
QF2 v QF3
Race 15 & 16: GPGCL SEMI
1 v SF1
2 v SF2
Race 17: 3rd Place Playoff
Race 18: Final
This would keep as many teams in the cup as long as possible - happy to discuss
GPGSL going to see a lot of blue in Season 11? That's a possibility, but really comes down to which teams will have blue in their livery.
