Probably in the "GPaedia" folder of the mod (CSM) or in the "ldata" folder (non CSM)

I guess you mean this message from the TSM Core program:
Corrupted language file. It could be that the mod contains its own
string files.
Try to find any .str files in the mod you are running and remove them
from the mod.

I discovered that TSM is checking the str (menu) files by searching for "Albert Park" as the first tracks name.
If this is not found, you get the above message and the tracks are not loaded.

Two possible solutions:
1) Delete the str files from the mod - or just from the swap.ini - thus avoiding the message. You will then get the original str files.
2) Write "Albert Park" for track1 into the str file(s);
language=row: en=565, de=574, es=576, fr=570, it=570.
In the settings.ini file of track1 set the specification Name= ... that will show up in the menu overriding "Albert Park".

Have a look at GPaediaMaker which can automatically create str files with TSM compatibility using the second method.
