I tried, it's really bugged.

My simple need is to replace only GP3 2000 car bitmaps with car bitmaps collected from the web.

Can you please suggest to me a tool do replace car bitmap on GP3 2000 ?

"GP3Jammer" is the progi you are looking for. A more advanced tool would be "JamEditor2000".
