Monaco Rocks V2 is already included in the latest GPLPS Installer (1.08b). But, if one prefers to install the track separately, the public link is broken. Although, if one has a registered account for SRMZ.net, it is possible to download the track directly from the forums. I just logged in and tested the links, and they worked. I am new to F1 Challenge '99–'02 and like to try F-1 Mania mods. I was able to download all files for 2007 mod, except Update v3.72.1. The link is dead at the moment. I hope that developers visit this page and see this message, as there are no contact info either on the website or among the mod's readme-files. In 1995, Frames Per Second adjuster for Grand Prix/World Circuit (1991), or "gpfps" in short, was released. Formula One Grand Prix already supported 25 FPS, which gave smooth FPS, at least for all the people who were used to 25 FPS in PAL-area. But this tool gave people the possibility to push FPS further, to 30 or even more. This tool gave a side effect to the simulator, if FPS was setby Titus03 - Other Games
Glad you found the reason for error. 2001 Mod is of course the mod that supports default 2001 track line-up. Today, I became curious if there was a solution for getting track maps displaying on arcade overlays again. I downloaded NO-CSM version of Quickslick's 2001 Trackpack from GP4 Database and installed that instead of CSM-version, and that's it: track maps were displaying correcby Titus03 - Grand Prix 4
I noticed the edit count. The guide is getting it's shape all the time. If you have checked that you have all the needed cockpit textures from cars.wad: .\cars\cockpits\ (the wheel elements for interior) and .\cars\cp_teamname.tex (exterior textures) ...the problem seems strange. Before official 2001 Mod was released, I made a temporary custom mod. I exported all finished 200by Titus03 - Grand Prix 4
In the beginning, I will start my reply with my story. If you want to see only my comment, please scroll down after the stars. I was browsing the Net yesterday, and found out that 2001 Mod was finally released. I couldn't resist, so I downloaded the mod and re-installed everything by following jcaranti's guide. You have two options left: 1. You can try to recover your disc by using "CD Recovery Toolbox Free". That program helped me to recover files from a damaged CD and it worked in my case. 2. If your disc is badly scratched, try SkipDr or similar. Natively, it is very difficult to get GP2 to run stable under Win XP. On a slow computer, it should work fine with VDMS, but otherwise DOSBby Titus03 - Other Games

ICR2 is still great. It is a shame they haven't released any great official IndyCar sims to PC after that. CPR had it's own technical faults and Codemaster's later attempt was too arcadish. The problem (Grand Prix 4 and Grand Prix 3) I've had Logitech G27 for some months and got it working properly. Only problem I have is that GP4 and GP3 (2000 Season, too) won't recognize the clutch pedal. I know that clutch is useful on modern F1 cars only at race starts, but it would still be great to get it working if possible. GP4 and GP3 will see X, Y, Z, rX, rY and rZ axis, buby Titus03 - Grand Prix 4

I've got CMR working under Windows XP under Windows 98/Me compatibility mode. Game runs well, except some random hangs at the entering to a stage. I made minimal installation, because full install makes game hang every time at the entering to a stage. Is there any way to get rid of those hangs? Thanks. Thanks for your reply. I forgot to mention that I used VDMSound with GP2 almost for three years and when I had a single core processor, it was running very well. Now when I've moved to a dual core one, GP2 is more stable and runs better on DOSBox, except sounds. (Even VDMSound didn't provide best possible quality with a dual core processor.) I don't need GP2Lap, so it'sby Titus03 - Other Games
I have upgraded my computer (Dual Core) and GP2 began to run very unstable with Windows XP, so I decided to use DOSBox for GP2. It's running very fine on it. Only problem is that the sound is very much out of sync, about 1 - 2 seconds. Has anyone got tuned DOSBox sound settings with better sync (about 0.1 - 0.5 seconds)? If anyone has, please post your settings here. I believe that I'by Titus03 - Other Games
Check that you have the same IRQ-setting in GP2 setup and VDMSound. 7 works fine for me. It still can be too fast. Sometimes rebooting computer or restarting the game should work. If there's a sure way, I'd like to know it, too.by Titus03 - Other Games
A note for those who hear crackles in Grand Prix 3/4 with a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi card: I have tested the following X-Fi drivers with both games and noticed the following: 5.12.2.1143 (2005) -Both games should work perfectly with these drivers. 5.12.6.1187 (2006) -You may experience crackling sounds. -> Switch from "Entertainment Mode" to "Game Mode"by Titus03 - Grand Prix 4

I have installed Grand Prix Legends and I'm using full patched version with OpenGL graphics. Every time I play the game, I see lines on the sky. They are thin and dark and they seems to split textures, because they create boxes around textures. I can't post a screenshot, because these forums don't support them. Configuring keystrokes works exactly like it does with Windows-games. First, you'll have to setup GP2 to use keyboard in the game and you will get the following controls: A=accelerate Z=brake ,=left .=right ...and so on. Now go back to profiler and begin, for example with right paddle. Now, go normally to the screen where you can add keystrokes and record "A" and type &by Titus03 - Other Games
I guess you mean USB-wheel? In that case it's probably not possible to get all the functions of the wheel working. I'm using an USB gamepad and I have got it to work with GP2 by configuring keystrokes with bundled profiler software. I'm using Logitech Profiler and it can't launch profiles automatically for DOS-games, so GP2-profile must be activated everytime before launchiby Titus03 - Other Games
Very strange, because I had already chosen Sound Blaster when I still had my old processor, So I thought your suggestion won't work. Still I decided to run Setup.exe once more and I checked my configuration. I changed IRQ from 5 to 7... Then I launched the game and it works! OK, let's wait for other replies. Which sound card are you using? I have Sound Blaster X-Fi and had strange crackles in the GP4 sounds some months ago. I've been Googling a while and I haven't found anything related to my problem and I believe that I'm not the only one. I have just upgraded my PC and my new processor is Intel Core2 Duo. I have updated my GFX card from Geforce 3 to Radeon 9800 Pro. On my old GF3 the game was very smooth and processor occupancy was always under 100%, even in wet races, but now with Radeon 9800 Pro I use same graphics settings (Hardware-mode)and in cockpit-view the game is very slow, about 600% of processor occupancy.
