Hello all, in Grand Prix 2 we had an option to make the AI's fuel load display visible for the player at any time. Is there an option/a tool/an editor to make the AI's fuel load visible in GP4 as well? I didn't find any solution so far.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Lol, so many questions still arriving regarding this great feature. I really can't understand. The first thing I discovered playing Grand Prix 2 was that it's possible to choose no driver at all.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Wow, amazing track! Very, very great work, mate .by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Crazy! I have never heared about that. In my GP4 game I can change the setup as often as I want without crashing. Dont know where your problem is.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Great to hear that! Have fun with this track.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
In my game this problem was caused by a bad 1st gear ratio. Have a look into the magic data of the track and change the values for the 1st gear. There are 4 lines doing this. Best is to change all those 4 lines. A value of 25 will probably solve this issue but it also depends on the physics you are using.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Looks brilliant! As it looks, a great release is about to come.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
No Problem. Great to hear, that it worked !by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Okay. At the moment I have no GP4 stuff available, so I cannot make any screenshots and have to describe this by my memories. #1 Starting positions: 1. To change the pole-site open the track's dat-file in the GP4-folder/circuits with GP4-builder. It might be the s1ct1.dat file. 2. Doubleclick on 'track sectors' on the left. 3. Single-click on 'initial sector' or secby klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Great work! The mist looks from TV-cams great in special! I hope it will still look that good, while driving. That would be perfect.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Is it just about the lines drawn on the tarmac or do the cars (also) really start on the wrong site?by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Great thoughts about these fictional tracks. In fact, Piranema has always been my favourite layout. Bur I also didn't miss Uqbar in any of my own F1-seasons. I hope we will still see some more tracks in future. @ Patrick Tambay: Track editing is a great thing if everything works as it should. Sadly it does really rarely. I don't think track editing can be taught in some way. You wilby klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
It sounds really promising! Great to see that in 2017 there are still some guys having innovations for GP4! I hope this can be improved and finally implemented.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Once I had a similar problem with a Yeongam-Track. I managed it this way: 1. Checking the track with a different -working- .GP4-file. I drived through houses, trees and so on, but the track has been loaded correctly. 2. Checking which scene(s) is causing the issue by deleting all except one scene. Try the track. If it loads, the existing Scene is correct. Try this step probably several times,by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Wow, I don't know what to say, Laurent! This is amazing ! So, finally THANK YOU for all your work and all you did for this community and Grand Prix 4 in general! Laurent, we willl miss your improvements hardly in future !by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Is it a track that can be downloaded anywhere?by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
@meteoro405: Great question! We still did not get why on some computers so many gp4-objects are not or not allways visible. For guys like me and you, I made a guide to fix these problems. Link: Maybe this will help you.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Regarding the issue of the car falling onto the tarmac: I know exactly what issue you mean. Sadly I did not find a solution so far. All I can say is that this bug is often connected to a mainstraight going down-, respectively uphill.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Merry Christmas to all of you guys! I hope you have a great time. Sadly, my harddrive is broken and cannot be repaired . So, there is no way to get all the data back. But I will not retire from Grand Prix 4 that way! So over the christmas days, I have to download several GB of tracks, cars, mods, tools and so on . Nevertheless merry Christmas to all of you !by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
The track looks great! So bad, my harddrive crashed, so that I cannot play GP4 currently .by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
No problem atticus. Sometimes track editing works exactly like this, sadly. Chin up, mate!by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Wow, this looks brillant ! Amazing skyline!by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Of course trees in europe lose their leaves in the winter, but nevertheless it looks brilliantly! Great!by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4

You're right mate, but the version by KTC (Kimi-the-champ), Ginoblade and me isn't physically correct. The layout - especially in the last sector - does not match the reality. Thanks for releasing this track !by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Thanks for sharing! Great!by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Great Atticus ! Thanks for your work ! I had a look into the link showing all the track changes in Suzuka over the years. As a result, I think the track operators/owners of Suzuka are the only ones of all modern F1-circuits trying to protect their circuit. On all other courses over the last 10 or 20 years we saw several reconstructions making it even worse (e.g. Barcelona, Silverstone, Spa, NĂ¼by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
I would even say, that all tracks in GP4 are based on the 2000er season. It's quite easy to find at least a few thing being a pre-year relict on all the 17 circuits. Let me just say, that in Hockenheim the inner run-offs in the chicanes in 2001 were already tarmac, but they are grass in GP4.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
