So you worked on a (I presume) a kickass mod, and don't play it?

I don't run CART Factor (or rFactor) at all, lol. I only start the game to test CART Factor stuff like textures I've edited. The quality of stuff (such as cars, circuits, menus) just isn't high enough for my liking. People would rather run around in F1 mods, and getting an online race going in anything else is difficult.

I'd rather not hijack the thread, but I'm an iRacing man now. I guess you get what you pay for. :-\

Baffling.

Downloaded it earlier... Quite a fun mod. I guess bits will be added with more cars, but the early edition is fun. One thing though, the Spyker and Corvette both hate downshifting into 2nd gear!

Not driven all the cars yet but so far seems okay. Maybe not as good as I expected but its fun, and thats all I am looking for. Not quite driven the creation for many laps so not too sure what you mean smorr, but ill probably have a go shortly and if I dislike I may have to do copy you :p

Magic ;)

Simply open up the tires you would like to take in notepad (the extension will be .tbc, file will be located with the vehicle directory under the car name) Copy the values (As in the giant block of numbers- making sure that you copy lateral to lateral, accel to accel and so on) and paste them into the current tires.

Make sure you do that in a separate install. If you wanted to do what I did and just test one car its a little bit more difficult. Create a copy of the current mods tires, rename it (Change the word current on the end to test), copy the values into the new tires. Open the .veh to point at a new .hdc. Create a copy of the .hdc, rename it to the name pointed to in the .veh, then point the .hdc to your renamed .tbc.

It's easy to do, all you need is notepad and a basic understanding of rF's structure.

So many choices there Rot! Loads of nice ones. Just make sure to update your racegroove texture ;) The stock ISI ones are absolutely horrid. Should be one by me over at NoGrip or one included with ORSM's Bathurst.

Personal Zytek (Test) skin. Still need to find the blasted helmet template.
